Pottery workshops are held at 67 Hengistbury Road, Bournemouth BH6 4DJ in the Garden Studio.
Payment can be made by BAC transfer, cash or cheques.

ONE HALF DAY ADULT WORKSHOPS: Every Tuesday 10am to 12.30pm - Cost £30

Course: Hand building with coils and slabs.
Hand build a pot by forming rounded coils and slabs to create a vessel or pot of your own design. Add colour with slip.
Your pottery will then be dried, fired and clear glazed ready to be collected in two to three weeks.

Course 1: Decoration techniques: Making and using a roulette
Day one: Roulettes are made by carving a design into coils of clay. These will then be kiln fired ready for day two.
Day two: Make a vessel and use your roulettes to decorate it.

Course 2: Decoration techniques: Carving and Subtraction
Day one: Create your own designs on paper before transfering onto leather hard tiles using carving and subtraction techniques.
Day two: Make a vessel and use your carving and subtraction skills to decorate it.

Course 4: Hand painting
Day one: Create a vessel in clay using forming techniques. Your work will be dried and kiln fired ready for day two.
Day two: Use under glazes and glazes to decorate your pottery.

LADIES NIGHT POTTERY WORKSHOPS: ​Fridays 7pm to 9.30pm - Cost £30 each
Bring your own wine and enjoy a night with your friends.

When six friends book together - the sixth person goes free.
